Conditions for refunds and exchanges:

• Please contact us for a return or exchange within 20 days of purchase
• Please take pictures of damaged items and box with shipping label to send in your email.
• Please state your reason for return or exchange (wrong item, defective or undelivered)
• Please allow 15 days to process return or exchange before exchanged product is shipped.
• Please allow up to 5 business days to process refunds.
• There will be no refunds on customized/personalized products
• Deposits for service-based work may be non-refundable after work has started
• Terms communicated before payment
